For this site-specific performance at the Los Angeles City Hall, a sign spinner was hired to spin a double-sided sign with poetry conceived by the artist. The piece introduces poetry into public space, while addressing issues of immigration and labor. This work was part of Economy of Gesture', curated by artist team Owen Driggs.
